1. Independent Driver Relationship
Drivers using the Luxroy Ride platform operate as independent transportation providers and are not employees of Luxroy Ride.
Drivers remain fully responsible for:
- vehicle ownership and maintenance
- fuel and operational expenses
- insurance coverage
- licenses and permits
- taxes and legal compliance
2. Driver Eligibility
Drivers must:
- maintain valid licenses and permits
- operate legally compliant vehicles
- maintain required insurance coverage
- comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations
- provide accurate and updated information when requested
Luxroy Ride reserves the right to verify eligibility and documentation at any time.
3. Vehicle Standards
Drivers are responsible for maintaining vehicles in:
- safe operating condition
- clean and professional presentation
- compliance with applicable legal and safety requirements
Vehicles that fail to meet platform standards may be restricted from service.
4. Trip Acceptance & Performance
Drivers remain free to accept or decline trip opportunities.
Once a trip has been accepted, drivers are expected to complete the service professionally unless prevented by emergency, safety concerns, mechanical failure, or approved circumstances.
Repeated cancellations after trip acceptance may affect access to future opportunities on the platform.
5. Professional Conduct
Drivers agree to:
- provide respectful customer service
- maintain professional behavior
- comply with traffic and transportation laws
- drive safely and responsibly
- maintain punctuality
- keep vehicles clean and presentable
Unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
6. Payments

- applicable business fees
Unauthorized direct collection of payments from Luxroy Ride customers is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
7. Customer Information & Confidentiality
Drivers may access customer information solely for transportation service purposes.
Drivers may not:

- share confidential business data
- bypass the platform for direct bookings
- solicit Luxroy Ride customers outside authorized platform activity
Customer relationships and business information remain the property of Luxroy Ride.
8. Insurance & Liability
Drivers remain solely responsible for:
- vehicle operation
- driving conduct
- insurance coverage
- vehicle maintenance
- traffic violations
- compliance with transportation laws
Luxroy Ride shall not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from driver negligence, misconduct, or unlawful activity.
9. Suspension & Termination
Luxroy Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver access for violations including:
- unsafe driving
- fraud or misconduct
- repeated cancellations
- customer harassment
- insurance non-compliance
- breach of platform rules or policies
Drivers may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
10. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
